Vision improvement videos

I no longer want anything to do with endmyopia.org due to the way Jake Steiner handles things, including saying he would assault me given the chance. Fundamentally though, everything on that website is correct and that's the method you should look into if you wanna fix your eyesight. I started the EM Wiki, and moved it to wiki.reducedlens.org

    I can active focus (and I didn’t knew that even had a name for awhile) and my myopia is low -1/-1.25 (tested at optometrist some months ago) - I will do getting sunlight, being outside more doing active focus and distant vision, not wear my glasses. For a whole year, then I’ll report here if I dropped any diopters. I promise

    Nott, You made a great effort. All success will be like that I just wish you could have gotten to 20/50. If then you could make 20/30.

    Wtf is a diopter

  • @DRAcapellas
    @DRAcapellas9 күн бұрын

    It’s a equation that involves the cm that it takes for your vision to get blurry/clear. If you have -3 diopters then you’d need -3 glasses for seeing in 20/20

    AWESOME video the Editing and jokes are perfect also well better explained and straight to the point than other videos. One question, how many times a day should you do active focus for and for how long?

    He said, for high diopters yes, for lower (-1.5) no, it’s without glasses but you should wear normalized glasses and try to remove the blur by active focus

    Thanks for the video. The doctors in my area don’t talk about these ways to improve your eye sight. I’ve been learning about myopia a lot to try to help my daughter how has -4.25 glasses. My question is if you should look outside for 20 seconds, should you take off your glasses when doing this exercise to relax the eye? I haven’t come across a video that tell if you should keep the glasses in for off? I would like to do this 20/20/20 rule correctly. Please clarify would be greatly appreciated.

    While I was watching your video when you said I'll have to lean further back because the vision improved... I just realized I've been holding my phone a lot farther than usual I've been doing this using lower prescription thing for about a year (without the other fundementals) and its my first time having progress

    I'm a newbie for this and I just have a -1.00 prescription with no astigmatism. Does this mean that I should not use glasses at all (no differential and normalized unless say I'm driving) and try to active focus and distance vision?

    I have -1 and -1.25 and -0.5 astigmatism I didn’t wear glasses last year (only a few times not relevant) and my myopia stayed the same. When I was wearing glasses they uploaded from 0.5/0.75 to what I have rn

    Hi dear, I can’t appreciate much for how valuable your content is,is there any point of contact to discuss my son’s case he’s 7 and I felt he was having some issues reading stuff on a distance and I took him to optometrist and I was shocked how they handled that eye exam,they dilated his pupils for better focus at least that’s what they say and there was a long wait and he fell asleep and they said we wanted him wide awake and I asked them if they think it will impact the accuracy of the test then I can come back,but they said we will still go ahead with the test and my son was totally confused what’s going on as he woke up to very blurry Vision after those drops,he was constantly looking outside of auto refractor and moving his head around,I could see he was confused and not knowing what’s going on and then they gave him this prescription which is too high for his issues that he was having for which I took him to optometrist…the prescription that they giving this child why I was sure there’s something wrong cause I have someone in my family friends with that strength of prescription and I knew that can’t be right, They said this little boy needs to wear glasses all the time for correction and he can’t even walk without glasses and I was shocked to hear that cause my son not only that he plays different games just fine he’s an active kid in school his teachers never showed any concerns that he struggles to see things on board,optometrist said his close up and distant vision for both he needs glasses and I don’t think he has any issues looking at things closed up, his only issue that I spotted was when he’s distant from letters this only time when he struggles,he reads texts up close which are tiny perfectly fine which sometimes my wife struggles to read even with her correction glasses on,and when I confronted this optometrist findings they were little embarrassed how did they conduct the whole thing and they totally lost my trust when they tried to make up thing that shocked me they said I as his father said I have history of astigmatism from childhood which was totally untrue as I don’t wear glasses my vision is 20/10 or better my eyes are fully healthy,I let them know that how can I trust you after this I understand you are a business and your business like any other is motivated monetarily but there has to be some ethics too,this is my son he’s little I can’t be unfair on him he needs our help and and we can’t put him on anything that doesn’t seem to be right. After spending many sleepless nights I looking into this whole thing have stumbled upon you guys great work I really need some advice I want to take him to a different place and get his eye sight checked with an optomap where they don’t need those drops to conclude the test…I have questions like which glasses he should get for his distance west how often should he wear them and depending on his prescription how weaker should be the diopters to help him improve his eye health and eye shape and does he have to wear glasses for near work too? My son I know what really went wrong here this kid couldn’t have normal outdoor activities cause around those early years we were in a pandemic and most of his activity was looking close up,he loves his drawing which I am trying to get him completely off,I am dedicating all my time to take him out and spend time outside and I will do more,if you have an email Id where I can get your advice after his test or any recommendations before the test,I promise I will be precise and will be appreciative of the fact that your time is valued,I really want to know what to do how to help him and I don’t want to lose time if getting him a weaker prescription for certain time can help him cause his eyes still growing and developing,please help if you can. Bless you for your great work.

    It is normal to quit, when you judge that you can not make it. Or you realize that you have been lied to. Prevention is possibly at 20/50, but not much beyond that point. It is an intelligent choice, that I was never offered.
