Deffo go for those punchy videos as it'll help get the message across to anyone who is wanting to improve their vision naturally. Cannot wait till you reach 20/20 vision, you got this :)

A great success, for Jake and yourself. The next great success, will be you reading the 20/120 line on your home Snellen. I truly know how difficult it is - to do that. The disparity, between a minus "prescription" and your Snellen, is incredible.

NottNott - It does take incredible persistence to achive measurable results. You are trying to, "un-do", the effect of a strong minus lens, that you should never have been prescribed for - in the first place. If you had been offered the "prevention choice", when at 20/60, you would have gotten yourself back out of it - in about ten months.

tinyurl.com/yct6bhpp Thank you random citizen! Questions like this are why I need to make that video series 🤩 To answer your question, you should be wearing your normalised (reduced glasses for distance) while you do active focus, unless your myopia is in the 1.5 and below range, where you might start not needing glasses - then you can active focus without glasses for distance vision.

NottNott Hello again ! So I heard that you need to have a weaker glasses to do this right ? Well I have an old glasses which is somewhat around -5.50 or something but I can see quite okay when it is a bit close. Do I have to use that to active focus? And if so, do I have to use my full correction glasses besides doing focus? Thanks

Why do people in podcast series of endmyopia stop wearing glasses when they reach -1.25D or less don't they suffer from blur adaptation? Why Doesn't their improvement stop?

Good video, but judging by this video and many others who have some kind of experience with myopia, I gotta say : Myopia is far more complicated than what we think. I definitely think excessive accommodation (near vision, near vision with minus lenses) may worsen myopia for most people, therefore avoiding that completely would be a good idea. HOWEVER, judging by my experience and by the experience of many others, reversing myopia COMPLETELY may NOT work for most people. Many could get rid of 25%, 50% even 80% of their myopia(Which is AWESOME), up to around minus one diopter, getting from minus one to ZERO objectively speaking (clear 20/20 in the OD´s on all days, without clear flashes) may not be possible, for a large percentage of people. Not trying to discourage anyone, just being a bit realistic. That´s why I wouldnt put all eggs in one basket here. If youve been stagnating, not even being able to get from -1.00 to -0.75 objectively, in 1-2years , I´d continue with my life, maintaining good habits, but not having my hopes up about this method. In your case , 300 days and only -0.25 to -0.5 difference, (Endmyopia vid 9). This method worths a shot, but after the initial and fast improvement, I wouldnt expect much. I myself, never had progressive myopia, and Im at minus one diopter on average, and couldnt improve to -0.75 or -0.50 even after .. a few years of distance vision? (I had lots of distance vision exercises a few years ago)

Considering I completely got the method wrong for the first 10 months, and then started applying it correctly and seeing much better results, the fault is surely not the method but the person applying the method (me). Reduced too quickly, and got basically no distance vision. Don't do the thing that the method says to do, no results - makes sense. It's trial and error. Soon to reduce again, measurements improving all the time. You're welcome to subscribe and see what results I get in what amount of time after this 😊

@@NottNott What have you done wrong by the way? and what did you change? And the results may vary from one person to another. In my case, some of the problems should not have existed in the first place, since I never had ¨¨axial myopia¨¨ Ive never wore minus lenses up close , yet still managed to get an unbearable -1.00 myopia which seems IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of. Thats why Im a bit skeptical, and realistic, understanding that it may work to an extent for some, and not at all for others

Check out my vision improvement mistakes video, I'm really comprehensive there. Skip to the summary (timestamp in the description). I got a lot of things wrong. The Endmyopia dogma is that low myopia often is much harder to get rid of than higher myopia - don't worry about this. If you're skeptical forever you'll just get what you've got, people have gotten out of low myopia. Try applying the method properly and with optimism (or don't, i have no vested interest). Good luck.

I don't find this discouraging at all. I don't care about having 20/20 vision. I just want to STOP the progressive decline. I'm at -4.5 @ 30 years old. When I was 25 it have -3.25. Soon I will be in the -.5 range. Not acceptable. If i could recover any amount that would be amazing.
