Too many pairs of glasses

I have got my new differential glasses yesterday,but I am facing some problems 1.feeling uncomfortable 2.Felling little eyestrain Though I can see properly with these glasses clearly and also I can do active focus, (even when I don't want to) I have reduce -2D for differential (as you have told in beigginer guide for endmyopia video) Normal glasses:-5.75L,6.25R What should I do,should I reduce only 1dipotre for differential?

That might be a good idea. There is some trial and error here.

Tive discoverd your channel today please tell mr the how much time you took to reduce the first quarter diopter when you had rolled back to the correct 0.25 frequency

I used to, they kind of went away. It's not really a big deal unless you have a lot of them, but even then you just get used to it. Same thing with double vision, I'm just used to it.

So I have completed the 7 day course from End Myopia and I just wanted to know, what are the consequences of having differentials that have different CYL and Axis values compared to the normalised glasses?

May be high, may be not that much. Worst case you can't see your screen. If cylinder is lower that is, or higher. I wouldn't really think about it / even notice it if you deviate 0.25 either direction from your normalised.

​@@NottNott get organised, have a theme/template for the entire channel like the professional ones do (jakes channel has one,), you have great potential to reach absolute heights on youtube in the vision segment or at the least in the endmyopia community , upload with a set time interval of your convenience on a niche topic and see the rise , just a suggestion from a dedicated subscriber

@@NottNott Why do they look so thick near the outer edges? Is it the frame type? Like the inner edges look way thinner than the outer edge. I have seen guys with -8 prescriptions that have thinner edge than what you are wearing.
