My Early Endmyopia Experience in a Nutshell

I've documented my progress in a series of video logs up to this point, which you can find here on my channel. Only 30ish days in and left eye prescription has halved... is myopia really genetic? 🤔

I was screwed by the medical profession's attitude towards me - and not telling me anything. (About the proven bad effect that a minus lens always has on all normal eyes. ) This is just plain SCIENTIFIC dishonesty, on their part. That is the problem that needs to be fixed. Good luck with your efforts!

I have started doing endmyopia and my vision has started improving. I can see clear flashes of letters when I do active focus. Thanks Andrew for these videos.

@@bazakkhan3378 I have the same problem. I always intentionally blink my eyes to clear up the blurry image. Though this Af occurred to me once or twice randomly, I still cannot control it.

@@jinghan9235 you dont need to control, its a habit and it requires whole vision system to be prepared, so AF success is like walking, or in more general way - balancing. Im at the start and I prefer not to care about successful AF cuz right now it's just a weak habit, so I need to keep practicing constantly. What helps me is 20/20/20 rule, works perfectly for me. Without practicing AF much (Im blinking automatically, so sometimes AF occurs on its own) Im using every 20 minutes mark to drink water, do some pushups and watch as far as I can see comfortably. Even without all this hardworking I was able to drop 0.25 horseshitoptets in two days by simply spending time outside.

After doing AF to a specific spot dose it keep clearing up the whole time? Or just for a moment then you have to refocus again ? I hope you respond to my question :'(

  • @NottNott

I've found that it clears up for the whole time as long as you maintain AF. If you break AF and look away, you have to AF again!
