    Where is parline

  • @morganescooking625

    Hello, rajutech1619! This is a recipe for a Praliné, not a Praline. I hope that you see the difference between these 2 words: one with (é) and the other with (e) at the end of the word.

    I love gianduja mas I'm shocked with the amount of sugar used here. Is it necessary or just a matter of taste?

    It was easier to make the turron, then it was to peel off the paper.

    Hola! How long do you cook, once you put in the whipped egg cream ?

  • @eva5601

    I just made my first homemade soft jijona. It came out with a great texture, and taste. Place the pot on low heat, and mix until the whipped egg whites, and the honey, sugar syrup is fully mixed together. If the mixture is not fully mixed and you notice the mixture is becoming too thin, then take the pot off the heat, and keep mixing until all three ingredients are fully mixed together, with no lumps.

    nice recipe, the mix hardens in the fridge, do you store the bars also in the fridge?

    Put the gianduja in the refrigerator to harden (ideally overnight). It can be cut into squares and kept cool in an airtight container. Thank you.

    Hi, what can I replace milk chocolate with?

  • @morganescooking625
    @morganescooking6255 жыл бұрын

    Hi PetuniaPi, if you want to try this recipe with dark chocolate ( use chocolate with 50 to 60 % of cocoa) and just 6O g instead of 80 g. For white chocolate, I never try it. Have a good!
