How to Make Crème Brûlée | Easy Dessert Recipe

One of my favorite dessert, crème brûlée.
Delicious and easy to make.
Ingredients:
300 g liquid cream (35% fat )
100 g milk
1 vanilla pod
60 g sugar
4 eggs yolk
brown sugar
1/Boil the cream, milk, and vanilla bean. Let infuse 30 minutes.
2/Preheat the oven to 100° Celsius
3/Whisk the yolks with sugar then pour the mixture cream milk through a strainer into yolks /sugar
4/Pour the cream into the ramekin.
5/Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
The cream should be barely cooked, still a little shaky. The cooking time may vary depending on the ramekin used
Let rest 2 hours or so in the refrigerator.
Before serving Sprinkle brown sugar onto the custard, then caramelize it with a kitchen torch or under a grill ( here just 1 minute).
