Very Tasty and Nutty chocolate brownie with Buckwheat instead of flour.
Ingredients :
250 g of chocolate ( 100 g of dark chocolate and 150 g of milk chocolate).
70 g of butter
60 g of praliné
100 g of caster sugar
3 eggs
40 g of buckwheat flour
1tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
Some hazelnuts ( optional).
Preheat the oven to 180°Celsius (350°F)
Bake the brownies for 15 to 20 minutes if you like brownies fudgy and for 25 to 30 minutes for brownies caky.
N.B: you can freeze the brownies.
