Cookies with Cinnamon Flavor, Easy to make.
Ingredients:
1/ 125 g of butter at room temperature
2/ 125 g of brown sugar
3/ 1 tbsp of honey
4/ 225 g of flour
5/ 1 tsp of baking powder
6/ 8 g of cinnamon
7/1tsp of salt
8/ 1 egg yolk
9/ 1tbsp of milk
Direction:
1/ Preheat the oven at 170°Celcius
2/ With a spatula mix the butter, sugar, and honey until it becomes creamy then add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and with washing hands sand it. Add egg yolk and milk.
3/ spread the dough and cut it in any shape you want
4/ Bake the cookies for 15 minutes
