Chocolate Amaretti Flan Recipe | Italian Bonet recipe

Happy Easter to Everyone!
Chocolate Amaretti Flan, Bonet Pudding, is an Italian dessert, Sweet, Creamy, and Simple dessert Recipe.
Ingredients
5 eggs
150 g Amaretti reduced on powder
60 g of sugar for the caramel
200 g of custard sugar
40 g of unsweetened cocoa
1 or 2 tsp of instant coffee ( optional) you can any flavor you want it‘s up to you.
300 g of milk
200 g of cream
Preheat the oven to 150°C
In pan melt sugar until it has nice brown caramel color then pour it into the bottom of the pan ( or ramekin for individual dessert).
Bake the flan in Bain- Marie for 40 to 60 minutes.
Let the flan cool completely then refrigerate it, 6 hours ( ideally overnight before serving).
