Almond - Buckwheat Yogurt Cake Recipe | Flourless Yogurt Cake Recipe

Using Ground Almond instead of Flour, this cake is so Delicious with Excellent Flavor and Texture.
Ingredients :
4 eggs
60 g of caster sugar
20 g of Stevia
1 package of vanilla sugar
125 g of yogurt ( unsweetened)
130 g of ground almond
30 g of buckwheat
20 g of cornstarch
20 g of unsweetened cocoa
1 package of baking powder
100 g of vegetable oil
Bake the cake at 180°Celsius for 10 minutes, then at 175° Celsius for 35 minutes.
