Multigrain Bread Recipe, Homemade Multigrain Bread
Multigrain Bread High in fiber and Nutritious Bread. This Healthy Bread multigrain is easy to make at home.
Ingredients :
225 g all-purpose flour
150 g whole wheat flour
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of honey
1 packet + ½ tsp of dry yeast
5 g of salt
450-500 g of lukewarm water
50 g of buckwheat
20 g of oat
10 g of oat bran
10 g of wheat bran
10 g wheat germ
40 g of flaxseeds
30 g sesame
30 g of pumpkin seeds
10 g of millet
Instructions:
1/ Pour yeast in lukewarm water, add 1 tsp of honey, and cover with a wrapped plastic
2/ Take 1 tbsp of sesame, 1 tbsp of flaxseed and, millet toast them lightly then ground them.
3/ In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the oil, add slowly the water and knead for 10 minutes. Add the oil mix well. As you can see the dough is sticky because it’s hydrated so don’t worry about that.
4/ Cover the dough and let it rise for 2hours or until the volume double
5/ Transfer the dough to cake mold or in a pan without gas cover it and let it rise again for 1 hour
6/ Preheat the oven to 180°C (370°F)
7/ Bake the bread for 30 to 40 minutes.
N.B: you slice the bread cover each slice with wrapped plastic film, freeze it. and it is ready to toast
