How to Make Flan with Condensed Milk | Flan | Pudding Recipe

This Flan or Pudding is an Easy Dessert to make for this summer.
Ingredients:
1 can of sweet condensed milk
2 cans of milk
5 eggs
Lemon Zest( you can use Vanilla )for flavor.
100g of caster sugar for the caramel.
Use an empty Can for the measurements.
Direction:
1/ Preheat the oven at 180°Celsius.
2/ Preparation of the Caramel :
In a saucepan pour 1/3 of sugar, When it melts add the second third and after that the rest of the sugar.
3/ Pour the caramel in the mold of your choice.
Be careful the Caramel is Hot!
4/ Put all ingredients in the blender and mix.
5 / Bake the Flan in Bain -Marie for 30 to 40 minutes.
6/ check the flan with a tooth stick like a cake; if the stick came clean, so the flan is cooked.
7/Let the Flan cool before put it in the fridge.
8/After 2 or 3 hours in the fridge you can flip it on the plate.
