Salad Meshouia
Roasted Bell Pepper & Tomato Salad
Easy, Simple, Healthy, and Affordable.
Ingredients:
3 Roasted Green Bell Pepper
2 Roasted Red bell pepper
4 tomatoes
1/2 Red onion
some green olive pitted. (optional)
For the dressing:
1 clove Garlic
basil or parsley leaves
pepper & salt to taste
3 tbsp of vinegar ( Xeres or Balsamic)
2 tbsp of olive oil.
