Sablé Breton Praliné Recipe

French Salted Butter Cookies Praliné
These Crunchy Sablés Breton are made with Almond -Hazelnut Praliné that gives them a very nice flavor and taste. Perfect for tea-time.
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
140 g sugar
140 g butter at room temperature
240 g flour
2 or 3 pinches of salt
1 tbsp of almond-hazelnut praliné
8 g baking powder
N.B: you can use salted butter but in this case don't add salt.
Directions:
1/In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the caster sugar
2/Add butter and whisk
3/ Add praliné and whisk well
4/ Add flour and the baking powder and mix without kneading the dough.
5/ put it in the fridge to set for 30 minutes
6/Preheat the oven to 170° Celsius
7/Spread the dough on 5mm thick and cut it with a pastry circle cutter and put the cookie on the baking sheet
8/Bake for 15 mn
