Rice Pudding with White Chocolate

This is Eddie Benghanem Recipe, French Pastry Chef. He replaced the cream custard with White Chocolate. I tried it, and let me tell you that's so delicious and Creamy.
Ingredients:
600 g of milk
300 g of cream
40 g of sugar
pinch of salt
1 packet of vanilla
90 g of rice
4O g of white chocolate
Direction:
Step1
Place milk, cream; sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a large saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat. stir then reduce heat to low and cook; don't forget to stir occasionally.
Step 2
When the rice is cooked remove it from the heat and add the white chocolate.
Step 3
Let cool at room temperature then replace it in the fridge.
serve as it is or decorates with nuts or berries...
