How to make Dulce De Leche | Milk Jam | Milk Caramel

Easy Recipe! Dulce de Leche or jam of milk is another recipe used as a spread on crepe, pancake, or toast and it can also be used to make some pastries such as banoffee pie.
Ingredients:
400 g unsweetened condensed milk
135 g sugar
20 g glucose ( optional)
1/2 vanilla pod
pinch of salt
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, boil over low heat and stir constantly until the mixture takes a caramel color and becomes thick.
