Chocolate Truffles are easy to make and perfect as a gift for Christmas, New Year's Eve, Birthday, Valentine's day... . and very fun to make with your kids!
Just make a perfect ganache and you have it!
These truffles are rich, fudgy, and creamy.
Ingredients:
275 g of dark chocolate
180 g of milk chocolate
150 g almond /hazelnuts praliné
300 g cream (liquid )
20 g honey
54 g butter
Direction:
1/ melt the chocolate in a saucepan
in a bain-marie or in the microwave
2/ Boil liquid cream with honey
3/ Add praline to the melted chocolate and mix.
4/ Add the cream gradually to chocolate 5 in three times).
5/ Finally add the butter when the temperature of the mix had reached 32° Celsius.
( or when you touch the chocolate with your finger and you support the temperature so you can add the butter).
Let crystallize for a few hours. Shape the ganache into a small ball (each ball = 10g) then roll them in unsweetened cocoa powder
2 times for perfect truffles as is shown in the video.
