Easy Pastry Cream Recipe | How to make la Crème Patissière ( Fresh Custard )

Basic preparation; pastry cream used in various dishes like millefeuille, eclairs, cake, tarts...
For a small amount, this recipe is so easy and fast to make.
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, whisk continuously until the cream becomes thick custard and it has done!
Protect the cream with a film as shown in the video, and let it cool at room temperature before put it in the fridge.

Ingredients:
225 g of milk
25 g of cream ( liquid)
1/2 vanilla pod
1 egg yolk
12 g of cornstarch
8 g of flour
75 g of sugar
