How to make Crêpes batter for Beginner

Here we are going to make Crepes batter step by step.
You can use these thin crepes in salty or sweet recipes. Perfect for Breakfast, dessert and even you can fill them with veggies or meat ...for your dinner.
I/ How to make the noisette butter?
Melt the butter and cook it until it starts to color and has a slightly nutty smell, stops cooking it.
II/ In the bowl put the flour, salt, whisk eggs and incorporate them into the flour, add milk, mix energetically to avoid lumps, and until the mixture is smooth.
III/ Add noisette butter and mix well.
IV/ Place the dough in the refrigerator to rest for 2 hours at least. (Ideally overnight)
V/Heat a small non-stick pan. Add butter to coat, pour a ladle of dough, turn the pan, so the dough spreads in the pan, and place on the heat to cook. When the edges come off or begin to brown, flip the crepe to cook the other side( 30 seconds for each side).
N.B: if you have the lumps in the mixture, you can pass the dough through a sieve.
Ingredients:
225 g of flour
4 eggs ( 3 big eggs )
pinch of salt
500 g of milk
20 g of melted butter (noisette butter).
Butter, for coating the pan.
