The formula isn't complicated. Working hard and consistently, over a period of time, will bring the fitness results you are looking for. This has absolutely been my experience and I hope you will experience the same thing too.
Achieving you fitness goals doesn't have to take 1-2 hours of exercise a day. If you can find 20-30 minutes a day, and then work hard during that given time period, then you are well on your way to achieving your fitness goals.
You can totally do it! The first step is always the hardest. Take that challenging 1st step today and begin your amazing, rewarding and life altering journey, of reaching and achieving you fitness goals.

Been doing burpees for bout going on a month now. I’m starting to cut up and lost almost 10lbs now. It’s great for fitness my stamina have noticeably increased. Don’t forget to eat well too.

I use to record full routines and post them, but my phone is old and doesn’t have the memory it use to… now that I see we can do lives…. I’ll start long/full workouts again.
Yeah Adam man. I think they’re nice cause you can get a bit of interaction with people watching, which is always nice. And then again it keeps you honest and working hard cause you know people are watching, so you can’t slack off haha. Good to hear from you too Adam man. Yeah bro all is good up here. We have to move here soon and life has just been a little busier than it was previously. Haha, I guess everyone opinion about whether 43 lbs is a lot of weight, or not much at all, is going to be different. Yes it is, hey Howard👊. I’ve got two bad knees so running is pretty much out of the question. The burpees are an absolutely great way to get the cardio in, all without running.

How you struggled to describe what an easy session is was exactly right. You get sessions you know you can do and sessions when you don't know if you can finish. None of them are easy.💯
