    That’s the plan brother👍. As you well know, it’s just about getting the body used to doing the reps/time ratio. If I remember correctly, you find the seals easier then the 6 counts. I am the exact opposite.

They are a tough move, only made slightly easier by doing them somewhat consistently. And as a long time follower of the channel, I greatly appreciate your feedback on the commentary👍.     Fade is looking on-point as always, so even if a timing mistake was made, you looked fresh while doing so! And 112 as a test-in is very solid. I definitely think you'll add those 8 reps in before your birthday in December. I liked the voice over too! Video production is going up along with thos rep numbers. Swell performance brother 💪

    Cheers brother and thanks for all that!! Yeah I think with a few weeks of the seals, those 8 reps will come together nicely. I’m honestly terrified of the 6 counts though. I hate them so much😂! Like, I enjoy the seals because I can breathe. I actually find the 6 counts painful🤷‍♂️. But anyway, it will be a good challenge, which is what I was looking for anyway. And thanks for the feedback on the voiceover. Like we all do I’m sure, I’m thinking about a lot of things during these sessions and there just no time to verbalize it. I figured this would be a good way to get my thoughts out. If it’s positively received, I’ll keep doing it when applicable. Now, time for me to go check the Leafs score.     Yeah I know, I wasn’t impressed😂. I ended up getting one extra rep, so in the end it was a good thing. But in that moment, I was not happy😆!

    Nice session well pushed! Usually people push in the last minute, but sometimes it's good to go for the penultimate minute and then see how well you can hang on for the last one. Sometimes you can surprise yourself!

    Yeah I definitely surprised myself with the 6 reps in each of the last 3 minutes. The great thing about accidentally doing it this time, is now I know I can do it. I’ve tried it with a big push at the beginning and it always leaves me to tired at the end. Appreciate the encouragement Duncan. Cheers man👊!!

    There are plenty of mind games during these 20 minute sessions! I think you could get level 4 with one 6 count session and a couple of the navy seals a week and your right 8 more navy seals is a mission but one you’ve done b4 great work brother 💪🏻🫡✌🏼

    You’re not wrong about the 6 counts. If I can get one or two good session, I hopefully can get that 275. Like you said, I think it’s definitely gonna take more work with the seals. Glad you’re checking out the journey back to level 4 though Jay man. When we did it together back a year or so ago, that was some of the most fun I’ve had.

    @@DavidWhitten yes I agree it was good and I have thought about doing it again and I will indeed at some point just I have a lot of stuff going on right now and I’m training weights 4 1.5 hour sessions a week but squeezing it in as and when around everything else! I just know I won’t be able to give the commitment to BDT that It requires to those numbers right now! But I will be supporting you along the journey my friend 👍💪🏻

    @@jaysjourney365 appreciate that Jay! And I totally understand what your saying regarding your gym training. In some ways, the two disciplines don’t mix, especially if you don’t have a lot of time and live a busy lifestyle…..like yourself. You are definitely better off focusing your attention in one area (the weights) as opposed to spreading yourself thin and not really progressing in either discipline.

    @@DavidWhitten I’m very lucky to have the equipment available to me at home to be able to train at a convenient time to me if I had to rely on going to the gym the burpees would be the more convenient go to for sure!

    Yeah sometimes that’s honestly the best way to approach it. For me I’ve found that I’ll quite working hard, unless I’ve implemented some type of pre determined rep scheme. I tend to avoid the pain haha.

    @@DavidWhitten I suspect if your main sessions become just seals, they'll soon become more comfortable to the point 120 can be done a few times a week! But you'll most likely have to do no or little other pushing, need the triceps and front delts fresh as poss

    Good work! Will follow your challenge. I am doing the exact same approach as you do. Now stuck at 114. Will be interesting to see how you will train and manage to get to that 120. Will be uncomfortable (but rewarding) for sure. Good luck!

    You know I’m currently not sure how I’ll get those extra reps. I will definitely verbalize the strategy though, and hopefully it can be of use to others👍. I’ve though about doing some NS sprints (check out Duncan Walsh’s comment) to see if that would help. And good luck to you also. I’d love for you to keep me updated on how you’re progressing. Are you close to level 4 with the 6 counts?

    Thanks Eric. Yeah I’m sure you’re similar, in that when you’re doing these workouts, there’s so much going on inside your head. I certainly can’t communicate in the moment 😂, so I figured the voiceover might be a way to get some of my thoughts out. Glad you liked it man✊.

I will say, part of the challenge that I really enjoy, is playing around with different strategies and trying to find a way to get there by myself. I’ve done it before too.     Too awesome 👍🏽I'm on day 22 of 100 NS Burpees A day for 30 days, I gotta say, these will condition the fuck outta ya, I feel great and my physique has changed drastically since I first started on Oct 31 these will definitely be included in my routine when my 30 days are up, I'm actually thinking of doing 450 single pump burpees for my bday on Dec 1st 🤔🤔

    Yeah man congrats on the 22 days straight. 100 seals a day would be tough👍. And yeah, it would be cool to see how many reps you could get in 20 minutes, especially after having done them for 30 days in a row. If you try it, I’d love to hear how many you got. As for the bday reps. Yeah man, if you’re turning 45, definitely give them a go💪. I’ve got to do 440 here myself in a few week👊. Thanks for the comment brother!

    Yeah Richard there really are a lot of different ways to approach these 20 minute AMRAP workouts. I do like the EMOM style for the seals but not so much for the 6 counts. Keep playing around with things until you find a method that works well for you. I certainly wish you good success man👍💯!

    I Always do 5 navy seals per Minute. So 100 in 20min. But it doesnt really get better than this. I think to get better/faster, we have to do sth different. Like amap with decent pause...

    Glad you liked that line haha. And just so you know, I always hit a minimum of 100 bodyweight squats after these routines😉. Can’t ignore the legs. That old proverb about the horse and its legs being its most valuable part, has stuck with me👍.
