How I Build MUSCLE Without Leaving My House.

Ойын-сауық

Navy Seal Burpees are arguably one of the most challenging burpees you can do. Adding a kettlebell complex to the workout, is one way you can build solid muscle, all from the comfort of your own home.

    I think if I had to ride a horse, an injury wouldn’t be to far away haha. It’s a long way to the ground from up there! Definitely stick with burpees👍.

    Nice workout. I use the kettle bells often at the gym. I do combo bent over row, curl, overhead press 12 reps. It gets the heart pumping and a killer burn!

    Not Star Wars. Star Track. Transport. Isn't it interesting how every planet supported human life forms? Thanks for the kind words! Whatever wisdom I have comes from making many mistakes. I'm so thankful that the internet wasn't around during my formative years. I only had to contend w/ the mainstream muscle comics. Now I feel called to cut through the BS, help those willing to listen, and call out those taking advantage.

    I knew someone would catch the mistake there with Star Wars vs Star Trek🤦‍♂️👍. I was gonna say something in the description but then got lazy haha. And that’s the whole point I was trying to make. There’s wisdom in listening to and learning from people who have made their own mistakes and learned from them. Unless the advice you’re given is absolute rubbish, only a fool wouldn’t listen, or at least consider it.

    @@DavidWhitten Good advice is something I have noticeably been without in my journey through training/squash and business. In each I have learn't by trial and error and learn't the hard way. Today though I do feel I have learn't a heck of a lot from experience in all those spheres. Passing it to people though is often not as easy as one may think. Sometimes people just don't want to listen!😄

  • @DavidWhitten

    @DavidWhitten

    2 ай бұрын

    Hey Steve man👊. Thanks for the questions. I think you’ll enjoy the kettlebells. There’s something awesome about moving a little bit of weight around, and especially putting it up over your head💪. As for what weight, it really depends on what you want to do. Higher reps, well then you’ll need a lighter weight, and then a heavier weight for a lower rep workout. If you’re new to using kettlebell though, it’s never a bad idea to start off light and work on form and technique, before upping the weight👍. I don’t have a technique vid but that’s not a bad video idea haha. You can punch that in YT and you’ll get thousands of vids I’m sure. I think some of the big things to remember are to keep your core tight and you back straight. Then hinge at your hips and use your core and hips to power the weight up, not your arms. Good success with it Steve. I’d love to hear how you get on with your training👍. Thanks again for giving me some of your time man. I appreciate it!

    What’s up man👊. Thanks a lot for the comment and question. For me, even if I feel wrecked the next day, I just try and do a workout that is a big lighter. Like all bodyweight say for example. No lifting weights or kettlebells. And maybe I don’t push myself super hard during the workout either. Sometimes movement when you’re sore can be the best thing for you, both mentally and as well for your sore muscles👍. Great to hear from you though brother. I hope you get what I’m saying there in my comment👊. Keep working hard!!
