Burpees are hard, espically if you are new to them, or you haven't been doing them for a long time. The good news is that if you are able to do burpees consistently, there will come a point in time where you will enjoy doing them, and dare I say, you'll grow to love them.

    I was always on that side of the people you referred to. Never would have ever incorporated burpees ever never if not for the burpee bots across the world, never ever. I still don’t do them enough but I guess do them more than the average kid chooses to eat vegetables

    ⁠@@GainBroshaha, it’s so true!! My kids hate vegetables🤦‍♂️. I think the training you do is great though Gus man. You are consistent, you train hard and you always strive to be better. Those are really the greatest qualities to possess, in order to always be progressing. I certainly admire your pulling abilities. They are at a very high level without a doubt✊💪.

    This is indeed a slog of 200 burpees. Though very cool to have the rare 18 count and 14 count! You don't see too much of that going on these days. And of course the bread and butter 6 counts. Gruelling routine David and one that demands a lot of respect. Hair is looking on point and so was the outdo! Until next time, salute!

    Yeah maybe Bandit🤷‍♂️. The only problem is, everyone who comments on my videos actually likes doing burpees haha!! Did 20 minutes of 10 counts today and managed 107. I’d forgotten how had they are to do!!

    @@DavidWhitten 😅 true... oh 107 navy seals, that's great, the KB work and other workouts must have helped, I always find navy seals easier when doing resistance work, and 6 counts easier when doing cardio stuff

    @@BurpeesBandit that does makes sense man, about the resistance vs cardio. I’m a little afraid to try the 6 counts haha. I do really dislike that 20 minute workout! But you’re correct about the seals. It’s more the cardio that’s holding me back, not the chest and arm muscles tiring out. We’ll see what happens👊.

    Hard and challenging is the way to go, yet with the burpees you have to look for the path of least resistance. That's where the pacing comes in to play. You da man, let's do the hard work, brother.

Wait until December and January roll around. I’ll break out the big winter coat with the fur hood and the muskrat hat. It will be epic👌😂. As for the reps, I enjoyed the 14 counts better myself. That might have been because the 18 counts were already done though haha. I do appreciate you having done your 100 14 counts though bro. It definitely inspired this effort here👊. Allday, Yeti, Till were dust, all the usual verbiage🫡.

    Hoping to do my 4 count and Cindy lunges/jumping lunges routine. We'll see how rhe shoulder feels after work. I can tell you I wont be doing any 4 pump kb burpees! Great video David, throwing down the good burpee vibes!

    There a good few tree around here man. Although there is less closer to the ocean. I’ve looked on the map though and your whole country is a lot further North then I am here in Labrador.

    Which of these 3 types do you consider to be the hardest? I know there are more push ups in the 18 and 14 counts but more legs with the 6 counts. Nice work again!👌

I know it seems obvious but still, they had the most push-ups, kick outs and counting. I’d like to do 100 of each variation but I’ll need to have a lot more free time haha.     Hey Eric, they are just burpees with several kick outs. The hardest part honestly, is counting out each part of the burpee. Appreciate you commenting brother!

    Today was 10 mins jump rope warm up followed by 100 x Navy Seal burpees with a 10KG weight vest (26mins). Nice burn 👍

    @@DavidWhitten I would not use the term “enjoy” other than the relief of taking it off 🤣 It’s amazing how adding just 10% body weight impacts your performance! It’s a great tool to add a new challenge and build more strength and mass. Today I did 20 rounds of Cindy, the middle 10 rounds with the weight vest. Amazing when you take it off what happens!
