    Reppin the ironwolf gold edition 🫡 And gettin better (more animated) with your intros and talks. Commentary is always spot on. Ive never counted navy seals before i bet its twice as hard man! The power going out is a vibe bro! The fact your head didnt roll of is testament to the fact your allowed to roll around with a beastly bear stopping automatic rifle in ya car! No rash decisions!!!!! Also looks like it could be a poster for a horror movie, the burpee basement of beastly barbaric bone crushing brutality!!!! Blowing the nostrils out aswell😂😂😂 im exactly the same Bruv im that invested in this journey u better believe! Am watchin these uploads like i watched breaking bad.....with baited breath 😂! Cant wait till u crack it man ill defo be raising a glass over here for ya 🫡

    I gotta say man, as far as supportive and uplifting comments, this is about a good a one as I’ve ever gotten in my 2 years on YT. Much respect and appreciation for that dox🫡. Not let’s address it all😁!! This was the 1st IW shirt I ever bought. I was wearing on vacation one time and I had a lady come up to me and ask, where is rep city? No joke man, I looked at her and said right here. Then I jumped down and busted out a navy seal. When I stood up, she looked at me like I was crazy. I just just smiled at her and carried on😀. And bro you know the counting deal. It’s always a little harder but it ain’t something you couldn’t do. Just gotta find that breathing rhythm and try and stay in the groove. Definitely have to be chill under pressure, especially for the reasons you mentioned. I know the cops have a bad rap, and tbh, some of it is deserved. But with that said, I’m only one guy. I just try and be fair and treat everyone how I’d want them my grandmother to be treated. The saying over here when dealing with people is ask, tell and make. I try and spend as much time as possible on the first two options👍. Yeah, no time for tissue when the clock’s ticking. That stuff is coming out asap. I’ll mop the floor up after. And lastly, as someone who also watch Walt and Jessie cook meth, like it was a life saving drug, I appreciate you taking your time to watch me do burpees in my basement haha. But seriously, I watched all of breaking bad, twice😅. Once while I was away on a course for work and then with my wife later on. I had to endure all of Downton Abbey as payback but in the end, it was all worth it. I actually enjoyed the English high society and drama haha. Later brother👊.

    @DavidWhitten Downton Abbey hardcore ecclesiastical scandals and politics man thats mad🤣. Never even seen that meself! Loved breaking bad and game of thrones. Although the game of throne books are 100 times better. But yeh my new binge watch drama with cliffhangers and nail biting edge of the seat viewing is the 'brown shirt burpee battle' whitten edition!

    @@parradox83haha yeah man, I’m glad you’re entertained👍. I tried it again today and managed 116. I recorded it but probably won’t post it. It’s the same old shit and don’t want people to get bored 🤷‍♂️. I don’t know b’y, we’ll see. I felt good though but lacked the killer instinct to finish. 2 days rest and then I’m slaying this routine like the Hound slay the Mountain in GofT…..except I’m gonna emerge from the dragons flames victorious😂. Ahh shit, to much fun bro. Thanks for the banter👊.

It's definitely tough to maintain a constant pace all throughout; Max is a certified burpee wizard for managing to do so through 150 reps in 20 minutes. Still, here you are one rep closer to that goal of 120. It's in your sights brother!

  • @DavidWhitten

    @DavidWhitten

    7 ай бұрын

    Hey there man. Thanks a lot for the question👍. I appreciate you asking! Honestly I train based on how I feel on a given day. My schedule is not a set in stone sort of thing at all. Some days I only have 20 minutes and other days I have 1 hour or more. I definitely try and have at least 3 workouts a week where I get between 50-100 pull-ups or chin-ups done. Other then that I’ll do straight burpee workouts, or circuit style workout. If you check out the shorts on the channel, these are the actual workouts that I do most of the time. For example, the newest short was the workout I did yesterday. I was short on time and want to do just a little bit more then 100 burpees. I hope this answers your question brother👊.
