Get FIT With This Kettlebell Workout.

Here is the kettlebell workout.
5 swing/squat/cleans
5 push press
5 backwards lunges each leg
5 navy seal burpee deadlifts
Complete 8 rounds / Or as many rounds as you are able to.
If you pick a weight that’s challenging, this is guaranteed to be an excellent workout.
If you don’t have kettlebells, you can modify by using dumbbells. Just remember to work hard and push yourself, at a pace that is challenging for YOU.

    @@parradox83 and they are the last 2 push-ups in the burpee too, which makes it even more difficult. But that’s right bro, just keep at it👊.

    Basement of Justice!! Nice routine here David. The seals get to be so nice and deep and yiu really have the opportunity to stretch the pecs out. I love that feeling. Throw some rings down there for the dips and ring pushes!! Office of the Basement of Justice of Gainz!

    Yeah I see you getting the same ROM with the ring push-ups you’re doing👌💪. It does indeed feel good eh. You didn’t ask lol, but the hardest part of this one was the overhead press. Those jacked the heart rate to the max. Anyway, cheers Paul man👊. We’ll be talkin….

    Yeah right on Chris man👊. Like yourself, I’ve been really enjoying the kettlebells. And I finally decided to play around with editing. It’s a bit more work , as I’m sure you know, but hopefully it will be worth it👍.

    Tough session with lots of strength work here. Funny, i noticed a similar thing that when someone does squats with dumbbells or kettlebells, they go just that bit deeper with the extra weight. Definitely noticeable.

    It’s gotta be the weight pushing us all down further 😂😂. But no doubt Duncan, the legs were taxed with this workout. Interestingly though, it was the overhead press that really caused the heat rate to skyrocket. I was dreading them over the last 5 rounds haha.

    Thanks a lot Rev man👊. And you are right, having the gym and the weights is such a blessing. I’m definitely grateful for it all. We will be moving next summer so hopefully the next place we live will have the same type of gym equipment.

    @@reverendterminator no each detachment has their own budget, so anything purchased on that budget for the building has to stay with the building. The good news is that hopefully I can just purchase new equipment in the new place, if there isn’t any there.
