The Killer KETTLEBELL Workout You MUST Try

Ойын-сауық

The humane burpee workout involves the following exercises ‪@DanJohnStrengthCoach‬
Kettlebell swings
Goblet squats
Push-ups
You decide what number of reps to start at.
EXAMPLE:
If you start at 5 reps, you’d do 5 reps of each exercise, then 4, then 3, then 2 and finally 1.
In this vid I started at 15. Also instead of push-ups, I substituted 1 pump burpees.
It’s a great workout and all you need is a kettlebell or a dumbbell. Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments.

Honestly I haven’t had any long or gruelling sessions in a while Duncan. I’m still getting about 30 minutes a day, for at least 6 days a week but they are more of a steady consistent pace, as opposed to an all out attack on the cardio system haha. I do have a couple big ones that I’d like to do, but I struggle still with posting the big, longer routines. I had thought about doing a long session but maybe doing it live🤷‍♂️?
