    If I lay on the ground, my head can only get about 3 inches from the ground before bad pain...can't go any further. So no way I could possibly do the last step. 😞 Thanks for the other tips though...Will do those for now

    If i feel the stretch in my lower back with the bowen arrow stretch, does that mean im doing it wrong?

    I applaud the intent with these videos, but I feel there is an element of click-baiting with headlines of ‘instant’ relief. I do the prescribed exercises and get NO relief whatsoever

    Furthermore, I have had 4x30-minute treatment sessions with a chiropractor - with all of her experience, skills and tools and techniques, and have experienced only slight improvement. Hence my skepticism

    Dr. Jon Saunders, after long hours in the office in front of the computer, I have a lot of problems with dizziness. I have sligt forward head posture and round shoulders. I had a skiing accident a few years ago. When I move the dizziness is better, when I stand in one place the dizziness gets worse. What exercises can I do?

    I had a bad experience with this orthopedic pillow. The problem was that you need to sleep on the thin side during sleep on the back and for sleeping on the side you need the thick side of pillow. And I sleep in different position during the night. When I was using this pillow for a years, instead fof feel refreshed I woke up with neck pain very often. And didn't understand why because all chiropractors recommends it for good health as you. When I tried to common thin pillow its feels so much better for spine and neck. I don't have so much headache anymore neither neck pain. So I think this pillow is too high for normal position and oposite put your head up as well like a thick pillow. Roll pillow seems better.

    So what about neck? Its hasn't any support in this pillow position. For my neck really uncomfortable.

  • @drjonsaunders
    @drjonsaunders19 сағат бұрын

    Yes you are correct, this position is meant to help hunched forward or forward head posture specifically. Please see my other videos showing how to support the natural curve in the neck. Best wishes.

    The posture you’re going into on the titanic stretch is my 24/7 posture I’m stuck in- with the exception of the neck that now drops forward and is half the length it used to be.

    Get someone with a poor posture to display these exercises and show how hard it even is to get into those starting positions. Another channel out of touch with reality and using someone with no postural issues, to show how easy it is for you to get into those positions.

    I have 100's of patients who start with this and progress as their mobility improves. It does take time and effort, but it works. It's a journey like weight loss...1 day of better eating won't make a huge difference, but over time your body adapts. Best wishes.

    People really don't pay much attention to their posture I happen to be one of them. And now I'm 30 with a hunched back and neck and it looks horrible it's really easy to make your neck hunched if you keep the same position for over an hour and it's extremely dangerous. Now I just can't go to the way I was before I'll try doing this at night and see what will happen thanks for the video.
