I know this isn't related to the video, but I recently found your channel while looking into fixing my forward rounded shoulders and forward neck posture. I'm trying to fix what I'd say is mild - mid forward neck posture, and I was wondering what I should do with my chin while I lay on my back. I'm using thin regular pillows the long way to help this while I sleep, but I don't know if the angle I have my head resting at matters. Should I try to sleep with my chin tucked in like I do for my exercises, or is it okay to have my chin resting upwards in a more comfortable position? Side question: in another video you have the pillow sideways instead of longways and have your head towards the back so that your neck and part of your shoulders are also elevated. Will this sleeping position also help with forward neck posture? If so what are some things to keep in mind while laying in this position?

Dr. Saunders, would you please consider doing a video on choosing and using the correct back pack? Would you advise using a different type for certain ages or activities? I hike--a lot--and sometimes walk to the store using one, too. Thank you!

Hey! I’m a delivery driver and spend a lot of time in my car, I find that after being in the seat for a period of time, my pelvis shifts facing the left towards my A-pillar. I know this hasn’t always been the way I sit in my car, what could be the cause of this besides having things in your back pockets?

Dr. Saunders how on earth I only just found found your videos about three months ago. I would love to be your patient.❤😂. I do have dual citizenship USA 🇺🇸 and Canadian 🇨🇦 . One thing I do not want to do is back surgery. I was getting ready to come to Canada and sadly the trail I have been walking for 20 years in September a bicycle person hit me down as I was walking in the morning. I had lacerations, etc, hsd to go to ER and doctors. I am slowly getting better🙏🏻🙏🏻 I am hoping to come to Canada next spring, as much as I love Canada will not come in the winter, that is the main reason for re- locating. But in the meantime I am doing your KZread channel back exercises videos Hands down Doc you have the best back exercise videos. Wish I had found then a year ago, but as they say it's better to be late than never. Thank you so much Dr. Saunders. P. S. My pain is on the left side of my lower back and it goes down to the side of my left leg. So painful. Yes I have seen doctors did MRI nerve testing. I still walk 4 miles daily, should I be doing that? Give me an answer on your channel. Thank you Dr. Saunders.

It all depends on the seat, not the type of vehicle. Unfortunately it takes some experimenting to determine best for each individual person.
