Thank you thank you, I’ve been suffering from neck pain for ages to the point of getting vertigo a month ago, was able to relieve the vertigo after finding answers on KZread but not the neck pain till I did that two handed manoeuvre of yours what a relief,first good nights sleep I’ve had in ages,will continue doing it,😮

These are literally all my most intense problem areas. SO helpful, thank you!!! My fingers are actually a little sore from all the pressure I’m using 😂 can I use a thereacane or something safely on these areas? Or is it best just to use fingers? I notice these areas the most painful when I wake up/even so much as I wake with a headache. Anything I can do to help that?

I wish I could find a resistance exercise that was the opposite (antagonist?) to shrugs. I enjoy doing them (too often and heavy). My SCM muscle is a major part of my forward head posture situation.

Try working the top part of "dips" focusing on moving only the scapula. Best wishes.

Hi, i'm experiencing stiff neck, ringing in my ears and dizziness. Especially in the morning, after waking up. Often also have ring and pinky finger numbness when i wake up. The most debilitating symptom is the dizziness. Could the neck be the cause? Thank You!

How many times a day do you recommend going through this sequence for optimum results without overdoing? Also do you recommend going into that same area to find multiple trigger points per session?

I'd start with twice daily and see how you feel...yes there may be multiple trigger points you need to work out.

Hi! Do you recommend this kind of pressure for children? We have a 10 year old son he sometimes wake up in the morning with this kind of pain problems. As for me(his mom) have the same kind of problem and frekwent lower back pain problems almost every day.

Just work to his tolerance...it shouldn't be painful, but more a "tight" feeling when completing the stretches. All the best!
I cannot find trigger point on the more painful and stiffer side of the neck. Can find the trigger point easily on the other side. Why so? Could you pls advise how do i work on it? Thanks!

Sometimes it's not easy - I just focus on trying to strip the entire muscle if it continues, you may need to seek some professional help. All the best!
My shoulder blades in back have recently started having a tingling sensations when I sleep at night. As well as when I am up doing chores. It happens off and on. What is a movement to help with this. They often feel so fatigued.
