    1&3 This pain started a month or two ago and feels like hip flexors are tight but my hip will pop when sitting and hurts all day now

    There is actually something called "snapping hip syndrome" where tight hip flexors can cause the hip to "snap" or "pop". Not sure if that's what you're referring to, but here's more information about it: kzread.info/dash/bejne/c41quaasYMuWdM4.html

    Mine is different Pain and weakness in knee and middle of the thigh. Pain when sitting and difficulty standing. Told that it is my hip

    2,3. I am a drummer my legs are kind of spread apart and I also have a torn meniscus in my left knee and maybe right one also which hasn’t been checked yet. Could the drumming be causing all of this?

    I've had 2 for a month or so it's worse when I walk it feels like every step it's scratching the hip bone on my right side . It's really starting to get to me cos I used to walk for miles no problem but now this has come out of nowhere . It maybe from sitting at desk for hours muscle atrophy etc .

    Addressing rotation issues with hips will often improve pain experienced or eliminate it pretty much all together. Treat your body as a whole unit! Bones go where muscles direct them. Addressing postural integrity issues is key to prevention and effective treatment. Sometimes breathing habits and somatic patterns affect posture and contribute to dysfunction and pain experienced.
