    I appreciate your advice! I had L4 & 5 removed, scraped and put back in. It took me nearly a year to function well. You video on proper selection and use of pillows including placing a pillow between my legs when sleeping on my side was spot on with the advice from my surgeon. I’ve slept with 3 pillows for the past 6 years. BTW, you have some cool socks!

    Thanks for providing useful methods for the daily life with complex orthopedic conditions on your channel. I suffer from lower back pain + I guess sciatica that comes with it. Lower back pain is caused by cartilage erosion. I have a lot of frustration when it comes to sleeping and waking up, especially in the first hours after waking-up. My question is : could you suggest anything else than heat packs in the morning hours after waking-up ? Is there anything that would help with the dizziness and cognitive fatigue I am experiencing in the morning hours ? After having watched your video on sleep and the use of the right pillow/ position (thanks for this!) I will make a follow-up, using a new position of the neck/ cervical spine.

    There are some specific for both of those, but any pillow can work so long as you follow the instructions in my video. :)
