How to fix your child's posture with a quick 5 minute posture routine. This will help break the long hours of sitting in front of the computer, TV, or mobile phone. Have your child or teen do this 5 minute posture fix daily to help reduce poor posture and associated health issues. In our house, this posture routine is a requirement before any computer or TV time - consider it posture homework for your kids or teens.

    Hi, can you help with an advice? I have my left hip higher, my left shoulder lower and feels like my right leg is shorter, but I did all the tests and is not the bones that are shorter. After seeing your videos I noticed that my left ankle is also instabile and have no mobility. Can you tell me? I have to fix my ankle first and after that I need to stretch my left back side, and strengthen my left hip muscles? Or I can’t do both on the same time and that will be better? I am wrong with something?
