I have one leg slightly longer and spine rotation. So when I lift my arms above my head it causes major lower back pain and tension, especially on my left side. I really want to correct my posture as much as I can, chiropractors help ease my pain, but everything just goes back quickly. Can I see any improvement doing these without lifting my arms completely above my head.

My shoulders are very rounded, which causes shirts to pull to the back and choke at the neck. I custom sew most of my tops so I can rotate the shoulder seams 3/4" forward. Both of these exercises felt really good to do. If I keep up all these posture exercises, maybe I won't have to do all those alterations! At least they offer temporary relief. I'll see how it goes long-term.

Hi doc, since you are watching and replying to all the comments here so probably you'd read mine too. I've been dealing with this shoulder blade pain for months now I tried some exercises but it doesn't work.. every time I try to relax my shoulders I feel a shooting pain in between my spinal and right shoulder blade. So when I researched it I found out it is called rhomboid muscle pain. Can you please make a video on that. Would really appreciate it if you do. Thank you so much

It would be very kind of you if you could answer my question because i want to be a doctor too but my family tells me doctors don't live an enjoyful life and are just always busy in hospitals and with their patients

Hello Sir, first of all thank you very much for all these video! 🙌🏻✨ Actually I'm also suffering from a neck pain.. i know it's bcs I'm 183cm tall with a long neck and i mostly end up sitting in a bad posture for long hours, which i can fix with your videos/exercises thxx a lot again! but that's not it.. now it's been a year i also have a small ball in left side of my neck, i got it checked and last time my dr told me to do fnac test but my family didn't allow me to go for fnac test and they told me to wait, and now since the ball in painless my fam told me to ignore it... they think it's nothing serious still idk.. should i go for fnac test and continue my treatment? please let me know :)) Also i wonder if it is possible to get neck swelling for that long period of time because of a bad posture and possibly pinched nerve? Idk or it is something else.. I'm very confused now smh 😅 Even tho it's painless.. i am kinda worried and bcs of that i can't focus sometimes 😕

Hi! My doctor said I have cervical lordosis and military back.. my face, head, arms, legs and upper back all get numb and I get dizzy sometimes. So I’m doing the exercises in your videos to try to fix it! This strengthening stretch hurts my mid back. Am I doing something wrong? It feels like I’m arching it but I’m not sure how to not arch it. Help 😅
