I have been saying for a while that he should be removed. I'm not an American, but am a former professor of constitutional law, and a former law school dean. There is no doubt in my mind that he is incapable of performing his duties now, and will be completely debilitated by the end of a second term, if he lives that long. The only reason why they may not want to use the removal provisions is fear that as President, Kamala Harris would be even less electable than Joe Biden in November.
