His alibi is laughable and I honestly think that Bryan K thinks this is a game and an extension of his PHD courses. I really hope that the Prosecutors will not become over confident with this case as anything can happen in court and I’m praying that the house does not get demolished until well after the trial as that will just give Bryan K’s defence team an opportunity to use that as well. I understand about the students and staff wanting to begin healing but if the jury can see in person the crime scene they will get the whole picture much better just like in the Murdock murder case in South Carolina. In my opinion. Hugs!

The guy who's DNA was found at the murder scene on a knife sheath, and also happens to drive a White Elantra, just happened to be "out driving around alone" at the time of the murders. Also just happened to switch his phone off during that time...the phone that was near the crime scene on 12 previous occasions at odd hours. If only there were some clues to guide us to the perpetrator! I'm not saying it is impossible for him to be innocent, but that is A LOT of coincidences. I probably even missed a couple. Edit: Also, I wonder if he had a habit of turning his phone off during ALL of his lonely late-night drives, or was it just on that particular night?

Why was his dna only on specifically the button snap and nothing else, though? Genuinely asking. It’s weird to me that it wasn’t on the rest of the sheath, or (as far as we know) anywhere else in the apartment. Conversely, they identified 2-3 other males’ DNA and have not identified those. I’m not saying he’s innocent, but I just can’t believe at this time that he was solely responsible. I personally think him being the getaway driver caught up in something with other bad people would make the most sense. Maybe an accomplice who was wearing gloves (thus didn’t leave DNA on the sheath) used Bryan’s knife, or Bryan handed him the knife, etc. I also think it’s odd that two of the victims’ parents (one’s mother, another’s stepmother) were both indicted for drug related crimes, only to have their consequences be suddenly lessened shortly before the murders. A surprising volume of drugs is known to be funneled through that area, too. Did one or both of the moms give up a bigger name to reduce their own sentence, and thus pissed someone off? Were the murders meant to send a message? Was someone in that house only meant to be roughed up a bit, but things got out of control? And yes, I know this is all wild conjecture. But at the end of the day, this random guy running in there and slaughtering all those people with zero time wasted seems, itself, a bit unbelievable.

@@DannyD-lr5yg The DNA definitely needs more explaining. Personally, I can't see him being able to clean that much blood out of his car, unless he wrapped it up like Dexter inside. For the other male DNA found, it was a party house, and only Brian's DNA was found on the sheath, as far as we know. He could have been with a couple others to commit the crime, that's totally possible. He most likely wouldn't name the other person(s). The drug angle, that you've stated here, is interesting. I wonder if the 2 people with the reduced sentences knew each other, and bought their drugs from the same person...maybe the same person BK bought some drugs from and maybe owed money to?

He did it. He did it alone. Sheath was most likely saturated in blood except for the inside of the snap. Everything makes sense to me and he's facing the DP you don't think he would say who helped him and put the blame on them? Its very simple to me

Was your phone pinging along with it? Did you turn off your phone during the exact time frame of the murders? Did one of the surviving roommates see someone with your height, build and the upper part of your face? Did your phone ping again 4 hours later at 9:30 AM at the scene of the crime? Do you have a long and troubled history of narcissistic and psychopathic tendencies that many people can attest to? Were you fired from your university job for bad behavior (including stalking)? Were you seen wearing surgical gloves out and about, and cleaning your car like a maniac, and dumping trash in the neighbor's bins? Did your phone ping around your victims' house 12 times in the weeks leading up the murders? Did you stalk your victims online and attempt to contact them? As a guy, I can assure you that if you come on that strong, even a guy who's available and who finds you otherwise attractive is going to run the other way. Your affection is endearing, but tone it down if you want it to work once the right guy comes along.

@@craigfinnegan8534 are u talking about what i said? Because it had nothing to do with "attraction to him" AT ALL....but i appreciate the advice? To be honest tho im actually doing just fine in the "relationship department". First im a grown woman, who is very happy and confident with my looks,so o dont need to come on to anyone honestly, and never have,im noy tooting my own horn but TOOT TOOT!! 😂 And Ive been with the same very good looking man for over 17 years,we have a family and own a home and were going strong....so i guess my, as you call it "strong come on" is doing me just fine!!! 👌🏻😉But to appreciate someones hard work and what they are going to do in the future to better people or the world in any way gets a round of applause from me. 👏🏻 And if you think its something else, well then thats on you kind sir. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Have a good one. 🤗

@@tomatoisred6966 Many many killers when caught say "I would never do this"....but they did. You can tell a lot from the wording and body language.....They don't say "I did not do this" ...they say "I would never" and similar phrases. They have much more evidence against him than has been released to the media - it's pre trial, they aren't going to give it all away before trial. JUst him putting his family's garbage in his neighbours trash can at 4am is incriminating.

This driving around claim was probably the plan from the start as he only spent 10 minutes or so in the house and there don’t seem to be any direct witnesses to him entering or exiting the home. Only, i sincerely hope that there is some better camera footage in the states evidence. I think that this alibi will work if true and fail if not. He is just placing himself exactly where the state has placed him. Interesting stuff.
