Had a really bad nights sleep - hit the snooze and was gunna bailed out of a chunky workout so did this instead for quick 5 min power blast to keep me on track -Just what I needed. I swear this is more beneficial than a long workout as Bailey Brown just gets straight to it and hits the areas best ! 💪 start the day as mean to go on.

I tried Pilates for the first time and I must say that I feel the burn in every inch of my body. Couldn’t get the posture accurate at first but hoping to continue and get better in future. Love this video.

Hey Bailey. I LOVE your workouts. I’ve been doing them regularly for 4 years now. When I got strong enough I added 2 pound ankle weights and I really some saw changes then. It’s taken awhile and consistency but I now actually see some contour shaping, toning and lift in my legs, butt and inner thigh - which is huge for me as I am a petite pear shape, and my carry weight in lower body. I am now much more confident in my own body and feel the muscles I’ve developed smooth and lift things in that area. It’s subtle - yes - but it’s there and it definitely helps my mindset and confidence in terms of accepting, strengthening, maintaining and nurturing the 42 year old body I have. Thank you!

If anyone feels discouraged. I've been doing this workout now for 4 months every second day. I've noticed a difference. It takes time. Also, it took me 3 months to be able to do the workout without taking 5 second mini breaks when doing each switch. Everyone does it at their own pace, so don't feel bad if it takes longer. Just keep pushing forward.

I have yet to see a workout where they show their butt. Sideways the butt always looks like a pancake. I'll continue looking till i find someone who is not flat butt-ed.

omg i did this workout with a resistance band + side step squats and now it hurts to sit down but the results are worth it 😂😂😂

I think this does seem great I did do it for the whole week but didn’t notice any difference but I can feel it.? I had ACL surgery in September so very inactive up until April of this year and 43yr old woman trying to get body back.
