7 Day Pilates Challenge 🤍 workout 7
Each day of the challenge I’m going to post a new workout. Beginner level do this once. Repeat this workout 2-3 times if you're advanced. Leave me your workout requests 🤍
This workout will help to work your inner thighs, which helps to create lean, toned legs. This workout feels the burn in all the right places and leaves you feeling lengthened and energised. It is one of my fave quick thigh series!! Enjoy!!

The way she talks through the video motivates and makes you feel like she’s a workout partner. Quality aesthetic videos short but it works. Definitely my go to from now onwards ❤❤❤❤

I love this one 😅 1 week later there is definitely some changes my inner thighs barely rub anymore! After doing for 5 days mon-fri and a break on sat & sun. I will get back on more changes next mon! 😅❤ thanks Bailey

I've only been following Bailey's workouts after my aunt recommended them to me a month ago and even though I was unable to be consistent with the workouts (work, period cramps, etc.) I was still able to get some results!

bruh i thought this workout was easy while doing it but oh the pain that comes after 😅😂 Always love your short workouts! they make it so much easier to commit and you can easily complete two three different workouts
