7 Day Pilates Challenge 🤍 workout 1
Each day of the challenge I’m going to post a new workout. Beginner level do this once. Repeat this workout 2-3 times if you're advanced. Leave me your workout requests 🤍
This workout will help to work your glutes and hamstrings. It's a great workout to help tone and lift your butt, as well as the back of the legs. This is one of my fave quick butt lift series!! Enjoy!!

I started this training with the thought ‘wow, that’s easy, maybe I can do two of three sets of these exercises’, but I finished with the thought ‘THANK GOD IT’S OVER’😂thank you! I really enjoyed it. I also love your energy throughout all the videos, it’s calming and reassuring ❤️

Starting this challenge, after this 7 day I’m going to do the 28 day. I struggle with my body dismorphia and weight gain so hopefully this makes me feel happier with the way I am and can be

I just finished the 28 day challenge 2 days ago and decided to start this 7 day challenge today. I did not know I could sweat that much in 5 minutes 😮

im amazed at how effective these are. Usually I don't feel that much of a burn even from longer pilates workouts. But these sequences are perfection

I really love these little workouts :) I do cardio regularly and because I have horses I life heavy things kind of often but I still have been feeling the desire to add more Pilates and body weight exercises and these are such a phenomenal addition! Thank you so much!!!!

I took a break from working out and decided to ease myself back into this workout. I’m happy it’s so short and wondered if it would even be effective. BUT OH MY GOSH the way I was vibrating! Definitely effective

IM DYING GIRL OMGG you inspire me so much and I want to hold myself accountable and finally loose weight, I’ve tried so many diets and workouts but I fail every time because it’s “too hard” I’m only 16 but your vids make me realize I’m going to have to work hard to achieve my goals, I’m going to have to struggle and push myself to my limits until failure to be happy in my own body. I’m happy I’m going to start this 7 day workout journey and hopefully make it part of my lifestyle so I can leave behind who I am now to create a much better version of myself💗 Just to make sure I’m checking in every single day I’ll keep track in this comment, I’m doing these work outs for 3 weeks before school starts I’ll come back and update anyone who cares lmaoo 5’7 and 203lbs (I know it’s bad but my goal weight is 130 and I will get there 😭) Week 1 Day 1 complete ✅

Hi Bailey 💖 are these meant as a circuit ( all 7 workouts ) or individually per day ( ex. Butt workout day 1, abs and waist day 2 etc? )

I have been doing your workouts for about 18 months. Started the Kardashian and seven day butt lift seven months ago. I try to workout 5-7 days a week. I do see rounder glutes but the very inner part of my glutes are still saggy… I’m sure my age (65) is part of the problem, what do you recommend for the very inner glute sag?

whenever i do glute bridges i can barely feel them working my glutes unless i squeeze them really hard, i mostly felt these in my legs! is that how it's supposed to feel or is my form just off? i feel like i can't lift myself up enough either 😩 still loved the workout though ❤

When you say “repeat 2-3 times “ do you mean in a day repeat it 2-3 times or do you mean like if I start day 1 Monday then next Monday do it again? Sorry if this sounds confusing 😂
