So many of you guys have been requesting a mat pilates workout you can do lying on your mat - with no jumping or pressure on your knees. So here you go - a fun and sexy side lying legs workout that targets the thighs, inner thighs, side butt and hips. thank you so much, i've been dealing with an ED for so long and now i'm trying to make things right, that includes working out without pressure, other fitness trainers tend to push their audience with harsh words, trying to make the person feel guilty, but you are so sweet and so encouraging, it doesn't feel like i'm working out to punish my body but rather to stay healthy and happy, so again thank you so much!!

I agree so much with your comment about how encouraging Bailey is and how lovely her voice is!! Healthy and happy is the place to be. I have struggled with and ED too, I've got better but it's still there, I think working out gently and speaking to someone you trust helps x

Hey babes! I don't know if you are still struggling but I recommend GROWWITHJO if you haven't done her already. She's very motivational, and I always have a smile on my face when I do her workouts! I wish you the best in recovery ❤
If anything, my legs burning does not bother me It is my arm that is supporting me that is dying on me, haha. Loved this workout so much!

Once my arm started burning I tried to focus on evenly distributing my weight along my arm and hips, anything touching the ground so it wouldn’t hurt as bad 😊

do NOT let the lying down fool you! this workout is suitable for beginners while also hardcore enough to feel the burn. loved the gentle encouragement throughout as well. thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful workout! 💖

Thank you for this work out! I have a knee injury and I cannot do squats anymore so floor Pilates to work my legs is best for me. 10 minutes is the perfect amount of time!

I lift weights regularly but I also incorporate your Pilates to ‘tap’ the muscles a few times a week. It’s so great how mostly bodyweight exercises burn! 😀

Day 12! Had to take a few days off bc I was sick 😵💫😵💫 but happy that I jumped right back in. LOVED this burn. Legs are kinda becoming my fave to workout!

Omg tku tku do much I am 59 with knee issues & this reminded me of my youthful leg workout just what I needed tku. I will do this daily and know for sure it will help my knees hip etc tku again ❤️❤️. Not east but I did it tku!!!

Finished day 12 today, when starting this challenge it was my first time ever doing Pilates and I can now say it’s my favourite way to exercise. This one is perfect for TV watching! An additional 10 min on top of the daily workout while watching something and still feeling the burn :)
Question: if our body gives out and we don’t have enough muscle/ stamina/ training to keep up, what are some beginner exercises e can do to prepare and be ready. Love it here!

any changes?
Day 12, i'm loving this because is the only Exercise that i don't give up, but i only notice changes in the legs a little bit and that i blow up less but i'm not noticing a big change, idk if with this Exercise it's necesary a calory count but i'm teiying to get out of there, soooooo
