Hello Bailey! I love these workouts but I really struggle with my neck on any ab exercises, do you have any advice please? I was hoping because I’m in a more upright position with this video I’d be okay but it hurts in my upper shoulder/neck area x

bloating on your period is so so normal! It's hormones and only for a few days, be kind to yourself, drink lots of water and some gentle movement 💗

its so fucking hard to stay on my forearms! but definitely I feel the abs working! Thanks
Now I get why many women have switched to Pilates (and that type of style workouts) from heavy weights. I started lifting weights over the last few months and I honestly look too muscular and masculine. I gain muscle incredibly easily especially my upper body which I now feel insecure about since it looks manly. I think I’m going to focus on Pilates and lower weights and higher reps type workouts lol I don’t know what else to do. Strength training just doesn’t seem to agree with my body type or maybe I’m just approaching it incorrectly 🤷🏻♀️

you need to be eating more, that's not even enough food for a toddler - please be kind to yourself, it takes nine months to grow a baby and giving yourself only one month to lose it isn't healthy or sustainable, please eat more, be kind to yourself and be consistent and it will come off in time
