Today we have one of your all-time favourite workouts - a waist slimming and belly tightening quickie!! In this workout you have the option to use a Booty Band ✨✨ . If you don't have one already, can pick one of these up super cheap and easy online (we will be using the booty band in more workouts coming to the channel soon, so now might be a good time to get one 😉).

I'm on day 4 of the 28 days challenge and honestly I feel so good bout myself cause I always loose motivation after Day or two BUT I BELIEVE that I will complete this challenge

@@jellyfce1625 Ya no prob! I didn't take any measurements bc I was doing this just to see if I even liked pilates but girl let me tell you- I HAVE AN ASS NOW. And my legs r def more toned. If ur asking this to see if it's worth doing, the answer is YES. DO IT AND PUSH TILL THE END bc even if u don't see a significant difference I promise u'll feel one 👍👍

i'm on day 4/28 and i gotta say this is the first one that i REALLY struggled with!! i am a little frustrated that i couldn't keep up completely but i'm proud i finished and did my best yayay
oooo this one was tricky! Definitely gave myself some grace on this one! day 5 see ya tomorrow!
I wasn't able to do day 4 yesterday so I'm showing up for myself today and not getting discouraged. I am out of shape but this workout really made my abs burn hahaha It's a good kind of burn honestly!

Made it to day 18, I think the abs have been the hardest ones while in the moment. Once they’re done I feel amazing!
Ugh thanks babes. You have no idea how much you help me. I’ve always been a bigger girl, but over the last year or so I’ve lost 80 lbs; and you’ve helped me tone and lose more lately.

@@ifreenqureshi5093 the simplest answer is to put yourself in a calorie deficit - burn more calories than you’re taking in. Please be careful and don’t go overboard & make sure you keep a healthy relationship with food. But that’s basically it. Other tips: a good rule of thumb for food is to stick to the perimeter of the grocery store and concentrate on whole foods. Cutting out refined sugar will go a long way toward helping you get where you want to be. Eat slowly, stop when you’re 80% full (because it takes longer for your brain to process that you’ve had enough than it does for your stomach to actually be filled), stay hydrated and move your body every day in a way that makes you feel good. Good luck!

@@ifreenqureshi5093wow I’m a whole year late but- I personally started out with keto. It is a huge adjustment, so starting with mindful eating and a food tracker helps! Even if you aren’t doing keto or another specific diet to start- this helps set you into routine. Baby steps love, as each day goes on it gets easier!

I commented this on the last video, but I’m also putting it on this one, so hopefully more people see it! Hey everybody I’m on day 18 and I just want to say that it gets easier and easier every day seriously! I feel so much stronger than I did before, almost as strong as I was during my competitive cheerleading days. After I graduated from hs I barely worked out for almost two years. I worked out here and there, but not consistently. I hated going to the gym and lifting weights and it didn’t really do anything for my body. Anyways, during these past two years I saw myself go from 110 pounds to 145 pounds. It’s normal to gain weight, especially when you become an adult instead of a teenager, but not that much so quickly. I also had an unhealthy lifestyle that I didn’t have previously. I wasn’t eating good and laid in bed all day for the most part besides going to work or school. I tried eating healthier at first and then cutting calories and it didn’t really change anything at all. I almost gave up until I found Bailey’s channel. I want to thank you so much Bailey because I feel like I’m becoming myself again. Pilates is just what my body needs. I’m so glad I figured out what works for me, and I feel like every woman should know how amazing it is for our bodies. I’m going to tell all my friends about it. Women don’t have to do such high intense workouts or lift weights to lose weight and become more healthy, which I didn’t know, so I assume many others don’t either unfortunately. I’ve already lost about 5 pounds from these workouts, which may be due to the fact I was also constipated, and has helped with that as well. I still don’t even eat that healthy, but try to stay at the 2,000 cal/day range. I truly believe that these Pilates workouts alone have changed my metabolism back to where it was before, which is amazing. Lastly, I just love how positive and encouraging you are Bailey. Thank you so much for shifting my mindset on workouts because these ones are actually fun and doable. I had such a negative outlook on workouts previously. And to everyone else reading this, keep going you got this! ❤️❤️❤️

i think this day was the hardest. With the 2 videos of abs workout i was not able to complete every single one of the repetitions and i felt really bad, but i continued and finished the video at my own pace. I hope it gets better ;-;

I had to skip yesterday’s workout because I wasn’t feeling really well but today I’m gonna do both day 4 and 5 of the 28 day challenge. I just finished day 4 and my abs are on fire, but I really enjoyed this workout. Thanks Bailey!

Day 4! This is my first time trying out pilates and so far I love it. I am a super avid runner- so we have always done weight training, abs, legs, etc. However, I love how I feel energized and accomplished with Pilates rather than just exhausted or like I didn't do anything.

Thanks for these classes! I haven't worked out in a long time, so I'm giving myself week 1 of just body weight, but next week excited to use my bala weights and booty band - just didn't want to feel discouraged in week 1 if it felt too hard with the extra weight! Excited to keep going and to feel progress.

Love these exercises especially the ones using the booty band for the obliques.. I can’t lie flat( vertigo) so I have to vary the ones when you go down completely .. I have pretty strong abs and core so and I need this as I feel the burn which is great 👍🏻 thanks❤

Day 4!! Today was super difficult for me, that I ended up having to do a stretching video instead of this one! I tried my best and I know I will get better.

My loves - I have a video “how to work your abs” which will help with this but make sure your spine is imprinted and you’re slowing down the exercises and working with your breath to engage your TA until you build the lower ab strength 😅💗
