This workout targets one of the most requested body areas you guys are looking to tone - the lower abs and belly region. This part of the abs can be vary hard to target and so many ab workouts only focus on the upper abs or "six pack" area, and totally ignore the lower abs/belly. To properly target this area, imagine you are pulling your belly button toward your spine while doing these exercises. We also engage the waistline muscles (obliques) through twisting ab crunches to help sinch and tighten the waistline.

Loved this workout, i’ll be doing this every day for a week and i’ll keep you guys posted on the results! edit: day one done and I was definitely feeling it during the workout but afterwards i didn’t really notice much pain which is nice. day two: woke up today and my abs definitely felt sore which honestly made the workout harder, definitely feeling the burn day three: when i woke up I was still definitely sore and the workout was still hard but i’m already seeing some changes in my abs. day four: workout felt easier probably just because my body’s getting more used to it.

If you ever come across this video, don't hesitate try it. I'm glad Bailey posted a new video and I love her workouts because she gets straight to the point and I find it hard to give up. I started this workout on 1/22. I did this quick lower belly pilates (1x) along with her other ab workouts. I will do this workout for 1-2 weeks and update yall :) 1/22:✅ 1/23:✅ 1/24:✅ my core feels nice and strong! 1/25:✅ It burns! but I pushed through 1/26:✅ I felt the pain but I didn't give up, I feel a lot stronger 1/27: Took a break today 1/28:✅ 1/29-1/31:✅I was busy and took a break. 2/1: Happy February!!! I came back to this workout again, it was out of breath haha but worth it. (I'm starting to notice a slight ab definition)
I found a Monday to Friday playlist workout I found on your yt page, I started doing it, and for only two weeks I lost a lot of pounds so thank u so much for your videos ❤

I do Pilates and yoga everyday and that killllllllled my abs. It’s so nice to switch it up. Your muscles get so used to repetitive movement. This was what I needed to wake them back up ❤

Wow, I tried so many workouts claiming to be pilates but they are too fast and sweaty. This is real pilates! It's nicely slow but much more effective than 30 min HIIT.❤ I love the breathing instructions as they are very important part of pilates ❤

I just did this workout and was hard and fun but instead of lower belly i felt the pain in the upper belly what i m doing wrong
