So many of you have been asking for more standing pilates workout - so today I'm bringing you one of my favourite abs & waist toning routines that is all standing. With this style of class its all about focussing on the specific parts of your abs and waist that we are targeting with each exercise - your mind-body connection is everything. For an extra challenge you can try adding some light 1lb wrist/ankle weights during this class. I LOVE YOUR ALIGN APP!! I quit weight lifting for Pilates and it’s the best decision I’ve made! My body feels so much better🫶🏻 (everyone says my body looked better when I weight trained but whatever)

when we do exercises focused on our abs, we try to connect our movements with our breathing, also keeping our abdomen contracted all the time so that the workout really works; try doing between 30 mins and 1 hour of workout if you don’t see fast results, hope this helps!!
