7 Day Pilates Challenge 🤍 workout 4
Each day of the challenge I’m going to post a new workout. Beginner level do this once. Repeat this workout 2-3 times if you're advanced. Leave me your workout requests 🤍
This workout will help to work your arms; biceps triceps and shoulders to help create strong and sleek pilates arms. It also works deep core and waist, which pulls your abs in like a corset creating flat abs and a toned waistline. This is one of my fave quick arm series!! Enjoy!!

Without any weights I wasn’t expecting too feel too much but DAMN, my arms felt that burn! Amazing how only 7 minutes can really make you feel it!
People ask for more longer video but for me this one are perfect especially during summer when I don't feel good sweating, it keeps me moving and not feel guilty that I didn't do anything for my body every other day. Thank. Also you are one of few people that do workout that are actually effective and after they end you don't feel like ahh I don't want to do this anymore, if you know what i try to tell. Sorry for the long comment.

Same here that’s how I felt weight training I dreaded it but finding Bailey made me fall in love with Pilates instead
after doing one of your old bubble butt workouts for the past 16 days, i thought it was time to incorporate another workout into my routine as the last gave me crazy results and was so quick, i really had no excuse! i've just done this one before bed, love how calm it is. it's definitely the positive tone of your voice and the little countdowns just as i want to give up that keep me going. thank you for all you do bailey! ❤

I love this workout I've done it for a week once a day and I've never felt better about myself. My waist is snatched my legs feel so powerful and slim, my stomach is the slimmest its ever been I can't make these results up I can see the lines for were my abs are. Not full abs at all but it's doing something. Thank you so much for this workout its incredible

This really changed my mindset. Having a each individual video at only 5 mins each is alot easier to do vs doing one whole hour video. I always lost motivation while following hour long videos. I realized I'm actually doing more than the long videos just becuase I feel I have the option to do another 5 min video. Cause my brain is thinking it's just 5 mins why not. Before I know it I'm 30 mins in doing 6 different workouts.
