A front-of-thigh workout would be great that tones but doesn't bulk them out. Maybe include some exercises for above-the-knee fat as they are problem areas for me. 😄😄

While you can’t spot reduce fat, you can do quad exercises to tone the muscle above the knee

So what I take this as is you are tightening your abs which helps control your leg lifts. This also prevents slouching which could hurt your back.
Will this make the thighs smaller?
