This quick mat pilates class will give you a classic inner and outer thighs pilates workout and includes some butt toning sequences as well. Add some light ankle weights if you want a real challenge but believe me you definitely wont need them!

I do this video daily, and I love it so much. My mobility and strength has improved so much! I think my cellulite is starting to decrease, too. My daughter, however, screams at the TV because she’s worried you’re going to fall down into the area behind you. She calls this the “not being safe exercise video” Lolol! I’m glad you made it through to upload for us without any injuries! Thanks so much!

It just takes discipline, If you really want to get up Early you can do it.
