Mine sounded like those of a cheap doll, popping with each leg extention during the 1st exercise and leg circles.
i’m gonna be honest , this is the only ab workout that made my abs hurt this much . and i love this feeling !
I’ve been doing these workouts for like a week and the definitely make working out more enjoyable ! They also make it feel like less of a task and more doable than other exercises for a short amount of time I do 4 of them everyday

Yessss I do 9 everyday each targeting every part of the body, so 8 5-min ones and 1 13-minute one which is for back so it’s so much more doable and short😁

All the lower abs exercises I've tried so far feels more in the upper abs than lower abs, maybe because they stronger and tend to take over...

This is one of the best ab workouts I’ve ever done, and I love that it doesn’t require putting body weight on weak wrists!

I've been doing this workout for more than a month already and my lower belly's measurement before is 74cm, now it's 68cm. I'm glad that I found your KZread channel. Short workouts but really effective. :)))

started on the 16th June - I'm going to give my waist in cm and inches every week. Waist measurements: 83.5cm/32.87 inches day 1: done day 2: done day 3: done day 4: done day 5: done (I did it twice today) day 6: rest day day 7: done (i did it with a waist trainer) waist measurements: 82.4cm/32.28 inches day 8: done day 9: done day 10: rest day day 11: forgot to do it :(( day 12: done day 13: day 14: waist measurements: day 15: day 16: day 17: day 18: day 19: day 20: day 21:

I'm so glad someone recommended you! I tried Chloe Ting for 2 weeks and saw small results. First time trying this workout and I feel more burn than 15 minute videos.
I am so happy that you finally give us a workout that was a little more harder really enjoyed the burn exactly what I needed
I just love this workout, I enjoyed it so much, I added it to my workout playlist right away ! Absolutely love your workouts, so enjoyable, fun to do, they don't seem like a task ! I much prefer selecting 4-5 videos of a 5min workout a day depending on my mood than doing a long video that will not seem as reachable of a goal !

these videos are literally so good and i feel them so much more. it’s also so nice being able to feel the burn specifically in the places you want to. i do 7 a day but i get so excited compared to the ones i used to do

Omg, I started committing to doing 5 mins each day 3 weeks ago (going for 10 mins each day in the 2nd week) and I feel like a bot to comment this, but I'm seriously starting to see definition in my tummy already. I love how you ease us into the burn where it's not too much to condition me to hate it and just enough to give me a mood boost for the rest of the day that it makes me want to take it again tomorrow. At first, I was feeling it more on my hip flexors not until you incorporated those oblique moves. It burned! I love it Bailey.
Today is my second day doing this workout and it is AMAZING. I'm having so much fun with all your workouts and now doing them because it's fun not because I feel like I have to. My abs are burning so bad but I love it and the most amazing thing is that just after one day I saw and felt more results than after some 7day challenges with which I didn't have nearly as much fun as with this!
