15 Minute Mat Pilates Abs Workout for a Flat Tummy 💖

This 15 minute mat Pilates ab workout is designed to give you a flat tummy and tone all the muscles in your core. Traditional mat pilates with a twist, these exercises work the six-pack, the lower abs, and the obliques for a toned waistline and a flat tummy. Expect lots of side bending and twisting to work those obliques. We will also practice some balance and stability exercises to activate those deep core muscles that pull the abdominals in and give us a flat tummy.

I love the pace of this workout... slowing it down really makes all the difference! I'm really focusing on my breathing and I can't believe how much it helps. I've been doing this video for a few weeks now and really see the difference in my abs! Thanks Bailey

Holy Moly.... I'm a big girl, so I am doing what I can. This really helps me. Thank you for making the videos you do. You have a great way to motivate and give options to those who aren't as strong in the abs :) I feel like doing a combination of your work outs though. Applause to you 👏
I have worked out nearly everyday for the last 10 years with several famous trainers. Once in a while, I come across ones like yours. It's refreshing and genuine. The reps are just the right amount and I love the new movements to keep my routines new and exciting. Thanks for the good work. If others like me, I do the double pulses for each movement to make it even more challenging. I will do more of your SBP as you recommend for the advanced.

I absolutely love this workout ! I really like the fact that you explain every movements, and that there isn't any timer ; I feel like it makes me more focused on having a good form than having to do the exercices as fast as possible !

Omg! At first I was like this is not going to do anything because it’s all on the mat and mellow, BUT holy cow my abs are burning. I was in such pain (good) through the work oUt! Love all your work outs 🥰

I am really new at pilates. I got diagnosed with Hashimotos and Hypothyroidism a few months ago and lots of people suggest a low-impact workout like pilates to support exercise but also work with the body to not overstress it. Thank you so much for your videos. They are really helping me and I am so grateful!

This is one of the very few workouts that when it was over that i felt like 'already done?' Loved it!!
I loved this workout. It was challenging but not TOO hard, the length was perfect, and the styling of the set (and instructor) looked great.

Love mat ab workout! Slow moves burns great and I really loved tips how to advance it. Now it's one of my favorites! Next time I'll repeat it 2 or 3 rounds

I usually only do cardio but..oh boy this was so intense it felt amazing!Definitely will come back again !!!

Try connecting to a TV screen if you have one. My provider has the TY app and you use a code to connect from the mobile App. Makes working out easier and more accessible.
When you said the last move was your favorite I was like, yeah ok whatever, but it really was a different move I haven't done before.
I love bailey :) she gives such good vibes. Usually working out for me is torture but watching Bailey makes it less terrible lol
I love all your work outs I feel they work all the right muscles . And now my daughter is hooked she won't do any one else's workouts . She says you have such a lovely voice to work out to and you explain everything so nicely .

Doing this on a beach in Hawaii! I’m really out of shape so I didn’t finish but I plan to do this every morning while I’m here and hopefully I will be able to complete it before I fly back home 🏝
I love this! One of the best pilates abs targetting routines I've tried! I love how she eases into each workout instead of merely showing modifications. It makes you encouraged to just do the exercise. I really feel my abs on this one. Tough but I actually did the whole thing! Haha.

Thank God I discovered your channel. I love this workout. It’s low impact, perfect for my age at 58 years old with straightened cervical Spine issue and minor back pains. I felt really good after. Firstly i love the music it kept me calm secondly being new to pilates this was great as a beginner it wasn’t too hard to do yet i could feel my ab muscles begin to work again after so many years lol. Be consistent. This really helps. I have already got my ideal weight and just to get those perfect abs and for the further maintenance I make sure to do this workout everyday( and lost much more of my weight 😅😅)
I can always count on you to make me feel the burn!
