I have been doing this workout for one month now (5 to 6 times a week, so almost everyday) and I can see a big difference! My booty is a peach now :) I didnt do any diet or other exercise just that. Now I am gonna add weight and keep doing this video (or swap for an other videos sometimes) and healthier food habits. Thank you a lot for your amazing videos Bailey!!!

Just add hip thrusts with progressive overload and less sweets, or healthier options 🍑🍑

Omg!! This is the best butt workout ever, thanks 🙏🏻 But seriously, the support leg was almost worse than the one actually doing the job 🤪😅
Been doing this for 1.5 months, 2 x per week. And it burns every single time! Love it so much! Especially since I hurt my knees and can't really do lunges and squats! I hardly do comment on videos, but this is my absolute favourite lower body workout of ALL time! My butt have never seen such lift before! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Bailey for such an amazing lower body workout I never though possible with my knees!

I mastered this with ankle weights! 🤗 These kind of workouts were such a lifesaver when I had my ankle injury and couldn't do squats! I look forward to my floor butt workouts!
I stopped tiring myself and making me feel hungry with too much cardio and started loving my body differently with this workout and yoga. My body has changed and is healthier. I’m a quad dominant but wanted, not to grow a booty but just firm it and have been doing this workout with 2 kg ankle weights for 1,5 month and my glutes are starting to look aw some and my cellulite is fading away ! 😍😍 Thankyou Bailey!!!!!!🙏
I’ve done this workout around 10 times and It’s been way more effective than me lifting weights this past year

@@AstralPrincess this is my own experience but I’ve been trying to do these exercises more regularly & I’ve seen a lot of progress in building/defining the glute muscles. I’ve been weightlifting on & off for years & I really only see results in my thighs/quads and not so much my actual bum, even when doing glute targeted workouts. This has really helped define the under part of my glutes especially
Thank you so much for this workout! I’ve been doing it for a few weeks now, for about 2-4x a week and my hamstrings/saddlebags have never been more firm, and my booty way more lifted and firm. I haven’t even added ankle weights yet 😱 no other workout has been able to get me these types of results. And I’ve done so many HIIT workouts to target these areas. So so happy I found this!

i am a dancer and i like to do this routine with ankle weights on my off days to maintain my muscles!! it is SUCH a solid routine - my butt is on FIRE! i just love the pilates-bar fusion style that she uses

This is still my favourite workout of yours!! I do it regularly and have gotten all my friends onto this particular video. It’s a real butt burner!! Would love to see more 20-30 min workouts, but also love your 5-10min ones as well 💕

Thank you for the fun workout! I've been stuck in the squat and lunge cycle and feel the tightening of my range of motion. It's a good reminder to work the other muscles in the glutes as well. It was painfully fun!
Hi! This is the first ever fitness video that I revisited and did more than once because for the first time I see definite change in my butt and this exercise routine does actually work!!! I will never waste my time with squat routines ever again when the changes happen with doing these exercises isolating all the muscles in our butts. I'm so grateful!

I find that if I untuck the toe, laying the top of the foot flat on the floor, it takes pressure off the knee

Put an extra yoga Matt just under your knees. It helps me a lot!
