Let's sculpt those buns and guns of yours! Get ready to blast fat, burn calories and sculpt your entire body with this Pilates-based workout.
This workout combines traditional toning Pilates moves, with heart pumping, fat burning cardio intervals for a full body workout that gets you results.
This workout is perfect to do at home or at a gym. It is a full body Pilates workouts that is suitable for all fitness levels. Take beginner modification if necessary.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
BEGINNER: Complete This Workout
INTERMEDIATE: Complete This Workout + 1 More SBP Workout Video
ADVANCED: Complete This Workout + 2 More SBP Workout Videos

EQUIPMENT: I used 1.5 KG (3 LB) weights. The workout will still be effective as a body weight routine, but for extra sculpting the added resistance is great.
Challenge yourself with your weights, just ensure you can complete all the repetitions with good form.

    Project Summer Body Yes resistance bands! I don't have a pilates ring but I had to buy resistance bands for a workout class and it would be great to see more ways to incorporate them. Maybe stability ball too? ☺

    Two days, two Bailey workouts for me, wheeeeee! Loved this one, too, even though I think my butt muscles pretty much died by the end, at least I could no longer feel them. The runaway dumbbell made me laugh. :D

    I love this workout. Only problem for me was I didn't feel my arms burning at all during the mat workouts :( Just wondering if I did it wrong.
